Fred Fish disk 301

This is Fred Fish disk 301. This disk contains utilities that have been superseded by newer versions that are probably more useable. Akvarium is a fred fish catalog program that has some useful functions but only covers the first 300 disks. The universal IFF library for the Amiga is also a similar story with later versions being a better choice to use. Uedit update is just a partial patch for a very old version of Uedit. This disk is of little practical use for the modern user. However, anyone who wants a full collection of Fred Fish disks will need a copy of this disk to complete the set.

Akvarium

A program for searching through a special database containing information about the contents of the library, in order to find programs that match a specified list of conditions. Includes a database of disks 1-300, and a program to add the contents of future disks to the database. Binary only.

A ready-to-use library to perform various manipulations on IFF files. Version 16.1 (Dec-1998) includes a sample IFF viewer and a utility to save the front screen as an IFF file. This is version 16.1, an update to version 15.3 on disk 173, and includes a couple of bug fixes and some new features. Binary only.

Uedit Binary Update

This is a partial update to the 2.5d version of Uedit on disk 286. It includes only the UES executable, which has had patches d1 through d4 applied. Disk 286 is still needed for a complete Uedit shareware distribution. Binary only.
