Commodore Amiga 500 t-shirt review

Updated 7 August 2021

Retro t-shirts are worn by people in the know. It is a fashion icon but for nerds. This Commodore Amiga 500 t-shirt is a vintage fashion statement for the nerds. Yes, we have worn this on suburban streets and have had random''s comment about how good the Commodore Amiga was. Now, my friends, this is fashion for the masses not the classes.

Nothing can disguise my love for the fabulous Commodore Amiga computer. The Commodore Amiga is the highlight of the range. The Commodore Amiga logo is a simple 80's design logo that still looks fresh today. This Commdore Amiga t-shirt has found its way into my daily wear closet.

In my other reviews, I have looked at the design of the images. This design is too classic to comment on. It needs no introduction. Pull the t-shirt on and you are ready. The rest of the day fills with retrogaming bliss.

The shape of the t-shirt is classic and large. It is perfect over long shorts or jeans. The Commodore Amiga 500 logo is basic and gets to the point. It says, "I like Commodore computers." My response to people who ask me questions about the Commodore is simple. Are you keeping up with the Commodore, because the Commodore is keeping up with you.

The first photo that I have shows the t-shirt shape and logo position. This is a plain white t-shirt. This shows that, sometimes, the simplest is the best. In the center of the chest area is the Commodore Amiga 500 logo. The logo consist of three basic colors, black, blue and red. Even a colorblind person could read this logo from 100 steps.

The second photo is a close up view of the Commodore Amiga logo printed on the shirt. The quality of the print is high and shows excellent definition. The t-shirt shown in the photo has already been through a couple of rounds in the washing machine. The colors have remained vibrant and clear. The Commodore brand matches the C= logo on a single line. The Amiga brand supports the Commodore brand. Art reflects life in this case. The Amiga computer supported Commodore through its final years. 500 represents the Commodore Amiga 500 model. I can think of no Amiga model that inspires as much passion as the Amiga 500.

The third photo shows a detailed view of the crew-cut collar. This collar is a classic shape that circles the neckline. The brand for the base shirt identifies as Gildan ultra-cotton. This cotton is thick and opaque which is good for general wear. The material is not particularly smooth and will is not a dress t-shirt. This is no matter as retrogaming clothing should represent comfort. I do not like my shirts pulling at my neck right in the peak of alien battle on Galencia.

Review of the vintage Commodore Amiga T-Shirt

Sometimes it is the simplest that is the best. This Commodore Amiga 500 logo retro t-shirt has this in spades. This is the Commodore Amiga 500 logo that can be found on the cover the manual. Nerds in the know will know. That private wink or that personal share. That is all that needs to be known.

Overall, we award the Commodore Amiga 500 retro t-shirt the trifecta of Angry Aliens™.
