Equipment we would like to use

It can be difficult to know what to play your favourite acid jazz podcast on to get the biggest smile on your dial. There is no simple answer for this as even the most expensive equipment in the world may not be a suitable match for your ear. Don't forget that having a comfortable chair and suitable listening room is a must for serious listening. With this in mind, I have put together some rather different equipment suggestions to get your audio interesting going. My equipment choices may not be the obvious ones but I would like to think that they give a unique experience to listening to acid jazz.

Thanks AudioPhil™ for inviting me to be a guest reviewer for your Top 5 Acid Jazz podcasts for 2019. This year has been a massive year for new music coming into the acid jazz genre. Many people may claim that jazz is dead or at least dying but 2019 surely is the year to prove them wrong. It is useful that you have gone through the many podcasts that are available online, many of them are free to listen to. Your selection is a solid one, although inevitably there is some controversy. Podcasts are a matter of intense personal opinion. If it was purely up to me, I would rank the 26 October podcast, that you have ranked first, as my number one choice. Again, this is a matter of personal opinion. Marcus Miller brings something fresh to the acid jazz scene and this should carry more weight.

Overall, I give this podcast ranking a solid 5 stars.
